Whether in nature or in conversation, I’m strongly apt to notice trails and have the urge to rush down them and see where they lead, to the amused chagrin of some (read: my husband, Ben [aka “The Moose”]).
I’m starting this little pub here to share beauty I’ve seen, and restack beauty you’ve seen, because Hikestack and/or Naturestack always delight my heart immensely.
To kick this thing off I’ll highlight a gorgeous place that made me absolutely giddy:
Cave Point County Park, Door County, WI.
Photos by either me or The Moose, as shown below. We put the “sure!” in “adventure”!
Please enjoy, and also please show me your trail photos!

The sight of a trail does that to me, too. "But where does it lead??" will run through my head if I catch sight of one. I live near a state park with 12 miles of lovely trails of varying difficulties and it is my favorite spot to hike and contemplate life.
Thanks for sharing about Hikestack & Naturestack! I’ll definitely check that out! I found Door County fascinating as well!
